Hi, I’m Andrew, founder of Caledonia Property Buyers.
I’m a Scottish property investor with a straightforward approach to buying property: be honest, be transparent and find a solution that works for everyone involved.
I created Caledonia Property Buyers to offer homeowners an alternative to the traditional estate agency route. We buy properties directly across Scotland, including homes that need renovation, inherited properties, tenanted properties and properties where the owner simply wants a quicker or more straightforward sale.
I understand that selling a property isn’t always just a financial transaction. Sometimes there’s a bigger story behind it - a change in circumstances, a property that has become a burden, a bereavement, financial pressure, relocation or simply the desire to move on.
